Dr. Jared Gianquinto
We created Gianquinto OrthoArts to bring an exceptional level of care and a fresh perspective on orthodontic treatment back to Bakersfield. At Gianquinto OrthoArts, we believe that a genuine smile can open doors and brighten futures for people of all ages. In fact, we’ve founded our entire practice on that principle.
Our reputation has been built from the ground up by treating our patients like family, not just customers. We believe that being a positive influence in our patients’ lives is a privilege, and our greatest satisfaction comes from personally seeing the transformations that come with a beautiful, confident smile.
From the first phone call to the last retention check after treatment, you’ll know you’ve found the right place and the right team for orthodontic care in Bakersfield. We can’t wait to meet you!

Our mission is not only to help build the smile you’ve always wanted but to make sure you are confident that you are receiving the best care possible. Dr. G and the OrthoArts team use the latest techniques and state-of-the-art facilities to provide the most efficient and convenient treatment in a comfortable and relaxing space. We are proud to announce that we have eliminated dental impressions (or dental molds) in our office. Impressions have traditionally been used to create plaster replicas of the teeth for retainers, orthodontic appliances and treatment records. Impressions are tricky, uncomfortable and are prone to errors. Plaster often breaks, and can only be used once to make a retainer or appliance.
So how can we bypass those pesky, dreaded impressions and plaster? By taking advantage of 3D scanning technology (which we have used for several years now), and 3D printing, we can digitally capture the teeth and print a perfect duplicates. All of this without sticky and gooey impressions and fragile plaster models.
At Gianquinto OrthoArts, it is our mission to utilize tried and true techniques in conjunction with the latest technology in order to confer the best possible care. We don’t use the newest thing just for the sake of newness. It is essential that the technology provide a clear advantage to our patients. Through 3D imaging and printing, our retainers and appliances have a more accurate fit and we have eliminated the most unpleasant part of treatment.
We are extremely excited to be offering this technology (3D scanning and now 3D printing) to our patients, and are happy to be one of the few offices nationwide utilizing this technology.
Thoughtfully Designed Orthodontics Office
We want every bit of your time with us to be enjoyable as possible. We’ve thoughtfully designed our office to be a convenient, clean, relaxing and comfortable oasis for our patients and families. At Gianquinto OrthoArts, you’ll find the latest technology and a fantastic team to deliver the customized care and individual treatment you deserve. It is our goal for every visit to be a mini vacation. You’ll love the whole experience in our surfer-style oasis. We promise.
We have a lego and game area for the little ones, a homework bar, refreshment area, and plenty of space in our living room for our grown-ups to stretch out. We even have a private treatment room for our patients who prefer to have a quieter getaway.
Giving Back to The Community
A new smile can be life-changing, and we believe that everyone deserves to have a beautiful smile. For some, it is simply not financially possible. Not without some help, that is. When children have conditions not severe enough to qualify for coverage through the state, foster families often find orthodontic treatment just out of reach. We knew we wanted to help, and knew there were a lot of people in our community willing to help, too.
