He had discussed a purely cosmetic treatment with his general dentist, but was concerned about the long-term durability of porcelain veneers, which would not address his lower crowding. His dentist suggested orthodontic correction that would allow composite restorations to be placed instead, and referred him to us for Invisalign and tooth whitening. Our patient reported back to his general dentist for bonding immediately after his Invisalign attachments were removed, and new retainers were made.
